What you'll do Create short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram where YOU are on camera, speaking in English Explain how VoiceData works and convince viewers they can earn money recording their voice at home Shoot and edit your own videos (a phone is all you need) Post consistently and iterate based on what performs Own the numbers: views are nice, sign-ups are the goal You're a fit if you Are natural and confident on camera, speaking fluent English Can shoot and edit videos independently (CapCut is enough) Understand hooks: you know why some videos get watched and others get skipped Can produce multiple videos per week, consistently, without someone chasing you Are comfortable in a remote, fast-moving startup Nice to have Your own TikTok or Instagram account where you already post content Experience creating UGC or promotional content for brands Details Full-time, fully remote: Monday to Saturday, about 6.5 hours per day (40 hours/week) Compensation: 1,600 USD per month (10 USD per hour), paid by direct bank transfer Starts with a fully paid one-week pilot.
