For Turna.com, Turkey's Fastest Growing Company, we are looking for experienced Senior Product Owner teammates to join our Product team. The Role This role is at the center of Turna.com’s technology ecosystem. You will own the product delivery and evolution of shared platform capabilities such as authentication, membership, payment infrastructure, user management, integrations, platform services, and other cross-product components. Unlike feature-focused product teams, the Core Platform team serves multiple business domains simultaneously. Success in this role requires balancing competing priorities, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, managing complex dependencies, and ensuring that shared capabilities evolve in a scalable and sustainable way. You will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, product managers, and executive leadership to ensure that strategic initiatives are successfully delivered while maintaining platform stability and performance. Key Responsibilities • Own and prioritize the backlog of Turna.com's Core Platform and Shared Services domain. • Analyze complex business requirements and transform them into actionable functional and technical specifications. • Perform impact analysis across applications, databases, services, and integrations. • Investigate existing system behavior through SQL analysis, log analysis, documentation review, and code-level understanding when necessary. • Coordinate delivery across engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. • Manage and prioritize requests coming from multiple product teams and business units. • Support architectural modernization initiatives, service decomposition projects, and platform scalability improvements. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify risks, dependencies, technical debt, and optimization opportunities. • Contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery, analysis standards, and team practices. • Act as a role model within the Product organization and provide guidance to less experienced Product Owners and Business Analysts when needed. • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and C-level executives. What We're Looking For • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role in software product development environments. • Strong experience working with integration-heavy systems, enterprise applications, shared services, or platform products. • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand both business processes and technical implementations. • Ability to analyze existing systems by reviewing workflows, database structures, API contracts, and application behavior. • Strong SQL knowledge with hands-on experience writing complex queries for analysis, troubleshooting, and validation purposes. • Ability to read and understand application code when required, enabling effective collaboration with software engineering teams and accurate impact analysis. • Experience translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication flows, payment systems, and modern software architectures. • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, preferably with Kanban-based delivery processes. • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
