Product Development & Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Manager to be assigned in our textile production company, based in Esenyurt, İstanbul. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, Minimum 15 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, Demonstrated expertise in global sourcing, particularly in the Far East and Egypt, Strong foundation in collection development, product lifecycle management, and fashion trend forecasting, In-depth knowledge of balancing cost, quality, and lead times effectively, Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, Outstanding leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required. Responsibilities Develop and execute collection strategies aligned with market trends and customer insights, Lead and manage global sourcing operations with a primary focus on Far East and Egyptian markets, Oversee the seasonal product development process across multiple brands, Ensure alignment between production, design, and garment teams, Monitor sales performance and refine product strategies to meet commercial targets, Build and maintain supplier partnerships while continuously identifying new sourcing opportunities, Optimize range planning and achieve target margins through strategic pricing, Track order progress weekly and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies, Strengthen the company's quality management framework, Represent the company at international trade fairs and conduct supplier and competitor visits to stay ahead of market trends, Lead seasonal budget planning and performance reviews.
