Here’s what you need to know: We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Development Assistant to join our E-Com. Sales & Business Development Team , which operates under the Global E-Commerce Divison , at our Head Office. What will be expected of you in this role? Supporting the daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes of the E-Commerce Business Development team, Preparing monthly, seasonal, and annual budget and cost reports for the Finance Department, Creating and sharing regular sales KPI reports, performance dashboards, and management reports with relevant stakeholders, Developing and analyzing sales, product performance, omnichannel, advertising, and operational performance reports using Power BI and Excel, Monitoring marketplace performance and conducting campaign, advertising, and budget analyses across e-commerce channels, Supporting business development projects through competitor, cargo, and return analyses, Preparing regular reports on vouchers, product views, sales, returns, and seasonal performance metrics, Consolidating weekly and monthly business presentations and supporting their submission to senior management, Identifying new reporting requirements, following up on BI development requests, and coordinating with relevant teams, Supporting the creation of global campaign calendars and contributing to reporting processes for international e-commerce operations, Preparing required files and managing panel entries related to global pricing processes, Following up on GTIP classification processes for global products and ensuring effective coordination with related stakeholders. Why you? You are a graduate of a relevant department from a university, You have a long-term internship or 1 year of experience in a similar position, You have strong analytical thinking skills and enjoy working with data, You are detail-oriented and highly organized in reporting, analysis, and presentation preparation, You are a collaborative team player, You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Fluency in English is considered an asset.
