Senior Android Developer About the Role We're looking for a Senior Android Developer to build and scale the revenue-critical experiences inside our mobile applications. You'll develop onboarding, core user journeys, advertising integrations and monetization flows while maintaining a high standard for performance, reliability, and code quality. Working closely with Product, Design, QA, Data, Backend, and Monetization teams, you'll transform product ideas into scalable, maintainable Android experiences that directly impact user engagement, retention, and revenue. What You'll Do Develop and maintain our Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development practices. Build and optimize onboarding, core user flows, subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising integrations, and other revenue-critical features. Implement Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Adapty, and other monetization solutions reliably and efficiently. Ensure advertising SDKs function correctly and support stable ad delivery without impacting user experience. Translate product requirements and Figma handoffs into high-quality, performant, and maintainable code. Build feature flag and A/B testing integrations to enable rapid product experimentation. Implement analytics events accurately to ensure reliable product and business insights. Own application stability and performance, including crash-free rate, ANR, startup time, memory usage, and overall app health. Estimate development tasks accurately and communicate risks transparently throughout delivery. Test features thoroughly before QA hand-off and maintain a high first-pass quality standard. Participate in code reviews and write clean, testable, maintainable code. Contribute technical ideas that improve user experience, product quality, and engineering practices. Stay up to date with Android technologies, AI-powered development tools, and emerging best practices. What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional Android development experience building global B2C mobile applications. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development. Experience with Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Adapty, or similar subscription and in-app purchase frameworks. Experience integrating advertising SDKs such as AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, or similar monetization platforms. Strong understanding of Android architecture, performance optimization, memory management, and application stability. Experience implementing analytics, event tracking, feature flags, and A/B testing frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, QA, Backend, Data, and Monetization teams. A genuine product mindset — you think about user experience, business impact, and long-term maintainability, not just delivering features. English knowledge at professional working level. Interest in leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality. Nice to Have Experience contributing to globally scaled consumer Android applications. Apps published on Google Play that you have built or significantly contributed to. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Experience optimizing ad monetization and subscription conversion flows. Familiarity with Jetpack Compose.
