Budget Specialist

Job Description Manage annual and periodic budgeting processes; prepare revisions and forecasts, Plan, allocate, and monitor funds through the SAP FM module, Control CAPEX and OPEX budgets and perform variance analysis, Conduct profitability analyses for company operations by establishing cost-benefit relationships, Determine pre-bid cost estimates and pricing strategies for EPCI, maintenance, or service contracts, Prepare cash flow forecasts both company-wide and on a project basis, Analyze the company’s financial statements in detail and support top management’s strategic decision-making processes with insights on profitability, liquidity, cash flow, and balance sheet structure, Ensure coordination with operations, procurement, logistics, and project management teams, Lead, develop, and improve the budget team and related processes. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget management, Experience in budget preparation, revision, reporting processes, variance analysis, and cost control, Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements; evaluate project cash flows and profitability, Experience in managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets, Ability to define and analyze financial KPIs, Advanced MS Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred, Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and shifting priorities.
