Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within hospital integrated facility management or healthcare support services operations Proven expertise in budget management and strong financial acumen Strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and driving employee engagement Excellent stakeholder management, representation, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications Advanced written and spoken English proficiency Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required Currently residing in Ankara or willing to relocate to Ankara Job Description Ensure the organization, continuity, and effective delivery of all services in compliance with PPP requirements, approved Method Statements, and contractual obligations. Manage official correspondence and coordination activities with SPV representatives, hospital administration, and all relevant stakeholder Monitor Help Desk performance and SLA compliance, taking corrective actions when necessar Lead workforce planning activities, ensuring the recruitment, development, succession planning, and retention of qualified personne Ensure all operational equipment is compliant with regulations, fully functional, and utilized by competent personne Conduct regular coordination meetings with direct reports and monitor the implementation of agreed action plan Communicate corporate policies across all departments and ensure their timely and accurate implementatio Prepare and manage the annual facility budget while achieving profitability and financial performance target Develop monthly performance reports and implement improvement actions based on client feedback and operational result Ensure all contracted services are delivered completely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards while driving continuous process improvement initiative Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, including occupational health and safety, data protection requirements, company procedures, and client expectation Analyze client needs, identify service expansion opportunities, and support organic business growt Monitor employee satisfaction and systematically manage feedback, suggestion, and grievance processe Ensure the sustainable delivery of services in line with quality, occupational health and safety, environmental, and information security standard Manage all services through performance-driven methodologies and provide transparent reporting to stakeholder Application Process If you are ready to bring your expertise and leadership to ISS Türkiye we encourage you to apply today.
