Technical Service and Field Application Engineer

We are looking for a "Technical Service and Field Application Engineer" for our customer Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of process instrumentation, automation devices, and systems Design and manufacture tailored electrical control panels Provide technical support on-site or remotely to customers Diagnose, repair, and calibrate equipment Prepare service reports and maintain customer documentation Deliver training to customer staff on product usage, maintenance, and safety Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs under service contracts Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical solutions Share field feedback with product and engineering teams Record all activities, and feedback in CRM tools, and generate reports Travel domestically and internationally as required Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronics or related fields 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation, process instrumentation, or field service Solid knowledge of electronics, automation, and instrumentation Proficiency in SCADA and PLC software (preferably Codesys, TIA Portal, and WinCC) as well as programming languages such as C++, Python, and JavaScript Skilled in electrical panel design and EPLAN project drawings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office applications Good command of English (capable of reading technical documents and communicating with customers) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Workforce İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd.Şti.Under the supervision of İşkur (Turkey Employment Organization), it is a private employment agency with license number 897 dates 24.12.2025
