Product Specialist

We are looking for a Product Specialist to support the development of our mobile hybrid puzzle game. In this role, you will design and improve levels, identify gameplay issues and blockers, contribute feature ideas, and help the team plan and follow product tasks. Responsibilities Design, test, and balance puzzle levels. Plan level progression, pacing, and difficulty. Identify gameplay blockers, friction points, and areas for improvement. Generate ideas for new features, mechanics, events, and game systems. Turn product ideas into clear and actionable tasks. Follow features and improvements from planning through release. Coordinate with developers, artists, and designers. Review builds, run play-tests, and provide structured feedback. Analyze level data, player behavior, KPIs, and user feedback. Research competitor games and industry trends. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in mobile games. Experience in product, game design, or level design roles. Strong understanding of puzzle games, level progression, and difficulty balancing. Ability to identify product problems and suggest practical solutions. Experience working with player data, KPIs, and user feedback. Strong communication, planning, and follow-up skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and project management tools. Good written and spoken English. Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry.
