Learning & Culture Executive

We are looking for a Learning & Culture Executive to join our People & Culture team at our Headquarters in Ortaköy and help shape and elevate our learning journey. What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, and manage Learning & Culture processes and operations. Support learning needs analysis and contribute to the execution of the annual learning plan. Coordinate end-to-end learning programs, including content development and trainer management. Design and implement learning initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Contribute to internal communication, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. Support the design and implementation of employee engagement and company values programs. Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve learning and development processes through reporting and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization. Facilitate both classroom and virtual training sessions. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience in a Learning & Culture, Learning & Development, or a similar role. Hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Training, Internal Communications, or Culture-related initiatives. Strong planning, organizational, and project coordination skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms. Experience with E Nocta is considered a plus. Experience in video production, video editing, and content creation. An analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
