# Consumer Health (OTC) Senior Product Manager, International Markets

Today, Abdi İbrahim has subsidiaries operating in 20 countries outside Türkiye , exports to more than 70 countries from the European Union to Canada, North Africa to Asia, and generates the highest employment rate in the Turkish pharmaceutical industry with 5,800 qualified employees. Abdi İbrahim's Esenyurt Production Complex in Istanbul houses the company’s R&D Centre, Chemical Products Production Facility, Türkiye’s largest biotechnological manufacturing facility AbdiBio, Hormone Production Facility, Sterile Ophthalmology & Sterile Inhalation Production Facility, and Chemical, Oncology, and Sterile Supplementary Production Facility. Abdi İbrahim also has R&D centers and production facilities in Kazakhstan and Algeria. We are looking for a International Markets Consumer Health (OTC) Senior Product Manager to join our Marketing team in Maslak, our Headquarter. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or other Life Sciences from reputable universities; an advanced degree (MSc and/or MBA) is a strong advantage. Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in OTC, Consumer Health, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors. Having international experience and exposure is a plus. Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies, annual marketing plans, and lifecycle management initiatives. Strong understanding of pharma OTC market dynamics, consumer healthcare trends, shopper behavior, retail pharmacy and trade channel management, regulatory requirements for consumer health products, and competitive intelligence methodologies. High proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, generating business insights, and translating them into actionable strategies. Advanced interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders and internal/external stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and global/licensor partners. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; experience working in international, matrix-structured environments is required. A second language is a plus such as Russian. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead complex initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely execution. Strong business acumen, ownership mindset, and a results-oriented approach. Responsibilities Develop and execute brand and portfolio strategies with a strategic and international perspective , aligned with business priorities and market dynamics. Build annual marketing plans to drive brand growth, market share, consumer penetration, and commercial performance. Act as a business owner for the brand portfolio, proactively seeking growth opportunities through category expansion, portfolio diversification, strategic partnerships, and innovative consumer health solutions. Analyze market, category, competitor, and consumer trends to identify growth and innovation opportunities . Lead product launches, lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, and line extension initiatives. Develop consumer value propositions, brand positioning, and integrated consumer, digital, pharmacy, and retail campaigns . Collaborate with Medical, SFE, Sales and Marketing Excellence as well as country marketing and sales teams ensure effective execution. Monitor brand performance, sales, market share, and forecasts, proactively addressing risks and opportunities. Work closely with international/licensor partners and local markets to ensure strategic alignment and share best practices. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements related to OTC marketing and promotional activities.
