We are currently building our founding team and actively developing our first projects: Dormfall: A mobile campus-based zombie survival and settlement-building game Focus Colony: A productivity application that turns real-life focus sessions into visible digital colony progression RavenAnchor is currently operating as an early-stage venture and has not yet been legally incorporated. Formal company establishment is planned as the projects, founding team, business model, and commercial structure develop. We are looking for a Product and Game Development Co-Founder who wants to join RavenAnchor at an early stage and help transform our existing concepts and prototypes into polished, publishable products. About the Role As the Product and Game Development Co-Founder, you will take an active role in shaping RavenAnchor’s games and digital products. You will work closely with the business, marketing, and software development sides of the founding team. This is not a traditional salaried employee position. It is a long-term, active-contribution co-founder opportunity based on equity, shared responsibility, and mutual commitment. Responsibilities Develop and refine game concepts, systems, and core gameplay mechanics Design gameplay loops, progression systems, resource systems, and game economies Define minimum viable product scope and prioritize product features Create and maintain product roadmaps and development plans Coordinate with the software development side of the team Help convert ideas and design documents into playable and testable products Contribute to user experience, interface flow, onboarding, and player engagement Organize playtesting, collect feedback, and support product iteration Research relevant market trends, competing products, and player expectations Help establish sustainable monetization and retention strategies Take ownership of projects from concept development through launch preparation Contribute to RavenAnchor’s long-term product and studio strategy Ideal Candidate Interested in game development, game design, product management, or digital product development Familiar with mobile games, independent games, or productivity applications Able to think both creatively and strategically Capable of turning broad ideas into clear systems, tasks, and development priorities Willing to take responsibility beyond simply suggesting ideas Comfortable working within the uncertainty of an early-stage venture Organized, communicative, collaborative, and solution-oriented Able to contribute consistently and work toward long-term goals Interested in entrepreneurship and building an independent studio from an early stage Based in Türkiye or able to collaborate remotely within compatible working hours Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are valuable but not mandatory: Experience in game design, game development, or product management Previous participation in a game, application, startup, or digital product project Knowledge of gameplay systems, game balancing, progression design, or game economy Familiarity with tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Figma, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms Experience preparing game design documents, product requirement documents, or development roadmaps A portfolio, prototype, published project, game jam entry, or relevant case study Formal professional experience is not required. Demonstrated commitment, learning ability, ownership, and long-term motivation are more important than job titles. Partnership Model This position is planned as an equity-based co-founder role . RavenAnchor does not currently provide a fixed salary for this position. Equity structure, responsibilities, decision-making authority, contribution expectations, intellectual property rights, and partnership terms will be discussed transparently with selected candidates. Any formal equity allocation will be structured in connection with the future legal incorporation of the company. A contribution-based vesting or gradual equity-earning model may be used to ensure a fair and sustainable partnership. Candidates may first participate in a defined trial collaboration period before a final co-founder agreement is established.
