Position: E-commerce Simulation Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $40 - $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design and build realistic digital store environments with structured product assortments. Create and maintain comprehensive product catalogs with high data quality and consistency. Develop diverse shopping scenarios and user prompts reflecting real-world consumer behavior. Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics for accuracy and relevance. Analyze model performance, identify gaps, and refine datasets for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate domain expertise into AI training data. Document workflows, insights, and best practices for simulation-driven model training. Requirements Strong experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or catalog management. Expertise in product catalog structuring, data normalization, and content creation. Familiarity with AI or LLM prompting, evaluation, or training workflows. Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented QA mindset. Deep understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping journeys. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver scalable, high-quality datasets.
