About The Role This position is built for professionals who can translate big sustainability ideas into structured, executable strategies . You will work across ESG reporting, climate initiatives, and sustainability strategy, helping clients move from ambition to implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead and support ESG data collection, analysis, and interpretation Design and implement sustainability strategies, KPIs, and action plans Support climate and decarbonization projects including target setting and transition planning Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and frameworks such as GRI, ESRS, IFRS, and TSRS Drive ESG reporting including materiality assessments and gap analysis Support stakeholder engagement, workshops, and client presentations Contribute to sustainability roadmaps and regulatory programme delivery Monitor evolving ESG standards and industry best practices Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG reporting, or related fields Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks such as GRI, ESRS, IFRS S1/S2, TSRS, SASB Experience in ESG strategy, materiality assessments, and stakeholder engagement Familiarity with GHG accounting and ESG ratings is an advantage Strong analytical, research, and communication skills Fluency in Turkish and English Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Comfortable using AI tools with critical judgment in compliance-sensitive work Team-oriented mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced consulting environment Why Join S360 Purpose-driven work with real environmental and social impact Strong collaborative and learning-focused culture Inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives Opportunity to challenge conventional business practices Exposure to regional and global sustainability projects Location & Working Model Hybrid role based in Istanbul Remote flexibility included Travel required for client engagements and workshops How To Apply Send your CV and a motivation letter (max 1 page) to: admin@s360.com.tr Applications submitted outside of email will not be considered.
