Project Finance Supervisor

We are looking for a Project Financing Supervisor to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in securing financing for strategic projects, developing robust financial models, and supporting investment decisions that drive our growth journey. You will not only manage financing processes — you will help shape the financial foundation of our renewable energy projects across multiple markets. Project Finance Supervisor will work under direct supervision of Treasury and Project Finance Manager. This is an on-site position that is based in Çalık HQs located in Zincirlikuyu, Istanbul. 🚀 Your Impact As our Project Financing Supervisor, you will: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support project financing decisions Prepare comprehensive documentation and presentations for bank and ECA financing Actively participate in due diligence (DD) processes for target projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders Support negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure favorable financing terms Monitor project cash flows, repayment schedules, and financing structures to ensure compliance and efficiency Provide financial insights and risk assessments to management for investment decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, technical, operations) to align financing strategies with project requirements 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and cash flow analysis Hands-on experience in due diligence processes for infrastructure, energy, or large-scale projects Solid understanding of bank financing structures, loan agreements, and project finance documentation Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools Advanced proficiency in oral and written English If you are passionate about project finance, investment analysis, and contributing to the growth of renewable energy projects, we would love to meet you. 🌐 Website: https://calikrenewables.com/ 💼 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/%C3%A7al%C4%B1k-renewables/posts/?feedView=all 📷 Instagram: @calik.renewables
