Internal Audit Senior Specialist

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 350.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas. We are looking for an Internal Audit Senior Specialist with the following qualifications to work in the Internal Audit Department in our factory operating in Yalova. Qualities We Are Looking For; Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments (Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc.) Min 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably including experience at independent audit firms and/or internal audit or internal control functions of manufacturing companies, Having general knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is an advantage, Strong analytical thinking, holistic problem-solving skills, and a research-oriented, quality- and result-driven approach, Professional certifications such as CIA, SMMM, CISA, or CMA are preferred, Proficiency in English. Your Main Tasks Are; Contribute to the development of the annual audit plan, Perform risk-based process audits in line with Global Internal Audit Standards, including: Preparing risk-control matrices, Conducting control testing, Organizing and maintaining working papers. Identify key findings and offer actionable recommendations; prepare audit reports, Support the follow-up of audit findings and actions, Contribute to Audit Committee presentations, Provide advisory support for internal company projects and initiatives when requested, Analyze business processes and develop scenarios to support a continuous control environment, Support the development of audit analytics, including data analysis, dashboard creation, and automated control scenarios.
