Senior E-commerce Specialist

Position Purpose At Fellas Foods, we are looking for a Senior E-commerce Specialist with a strong commercial mindset, who will manage our marketplace operations • primarily Trendyol • and contribute to our digital growth journey. This position is responsible for improving our marketplace performance by combining marketplace panel management, campaign execution, competitive analysis, and digital marketing. Roles and Responsibilities • Platform Management: Manage the daily operations of marketplace panels (Seller Center, etc.), primarily Trendyol; handle product listings, stock/price / content updates, and end-to-end campaign setups. • Commercial Perspective & Competitive Analysis: Regularly analyze category and competitor performance to report commercial opportunities; implement pricing, promotion, and stock strategies • Digital Marketing: Monitor and optimize performance on marketplace advertising tools (Trendyol Ads, etc.) and Google ads / Meta ads performance in line with ROAS/CPA targets. • Campaign Management: Plan monthly campaign calendars in line with FMCG dynamics; execute discount structures and loyalty programs. • Data Analytics: Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data through the marketplace panels and prepare regular performance reports. • Operational Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination of logistics, warehouse, finance, and customer service processes. • Proactive Involvement: Within a dynamic team structure, actively step outside the core scope when needed and take an active role across different parts of the process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments (Business Administration, Engineering or related fields). Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management (experience in the FMCG sector is preferred). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CR). Strong commercial perspective and ability to conduct competitive analysis Experience in CRM management and advanced data analysis. Experience in marketplace management (Amazon 1P is a plus). Good command of English.
