About the Role Çalık Renewables is seeking a Finance Professional to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and compliance processes while supporting the company’s strategic initiatives in the renewable energy sector. Budget and Reporting Senior Specialist will work under the supervision of Budget and Reporting Manager. This is an onsite position which requires to be at HQs office at Zincirlikuyu, Istanbul. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis Minimum 3 years of experience in audit firms (preferably Big Four) Experience in the energy sector or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) Written and oral fluency in English Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and results-driven Experience in SAP is required, proficiency in BI tools is a plus Key Responsibilities: Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with TFRS/IFRS Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and transparency Take active role in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and scenario planning Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior leadership Monitor key financial KPIs and support performance improvement initiatives Take active role in preparation of ad-hoc reports and presentations for executive management and board meetings Take active role in digital transformation initiatives within the finance function, including automation and system enhancements
