Senior Data Analyst

📣We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Product & Analytics team to continuously improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and implement new opportunities that support our business goals! What You’ll Do Define the roadmap for analytics initiatives, including user behavior analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, churn prediction, and performance measurement. Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Operations, and UX teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and key performance metrics to monitor product and business health. Oversee A/B testing design, implementation, and impact measurement, applying causal inference methods where appropriate. Partner with data engineering to maintain reliable, scalable, and high-quality data pipelines. Stay informed on industry developments in analytics, experimentation, and user behavior modeling. Being able to use the Google Analytics implentation-analysis tool, Big query & looker connection effectively is important for this position. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles. Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense). Strong track record in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses. Skilled in advanced analytics techniques, including segmentation, predictive analytics, and experimentation. Strategic thinker who can translate business problems into actionable analytics solutions. Excellent communicator, able to present complex findings in actionable ways. Passionate about mentoring a high-performing team and fostering a data-driven culture. Experience in personalization, recommendation systems, or marketing attribution analytics.
