WMF Marcom Management Trainee

We are looking for a WMF Marcom Management Trainee to join our WMF Department. In this role, you will get hands-on experience in dynamic marketing operations, brand strategy, digital/offline campaigns, and agency coordination, while playing an active role in maintaining the premium image of WMF. Job Description; Support daily administrative tasks, including PR forms, invoice & agreement tracking, instruction manual processes, and administrative workflows. Conduct market and competitor analysis specifically for WMF and the premium segment; transform findings into actionable insights for the team. Assist in executing integrated marketing communication activities across social media, email campaigns, websites, retail & trade marketing, and digital advertising. Support product marketing operations, contribute to the creation/adaptation of product materials, and coordinate marketing material flow. Prepare, adapt, and translate presentations, communication assets, and brand documents in line with WMF’s brand identity. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, PR activities, and brand campaigns. Collaborate closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure project deliverables are on time, aligned, and meet high quality standards. Qualifications; 4th-year undergraduate student, fresh graduate, or master’s degree student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related fields, Proficient in using MS Office Excel programme (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis), Strong communication skills, Able to move fast, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests, Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and coordinating updates, Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to build strong working routines, Good command of English (written and spoken), Available to participate at 5 days a week.
