Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer – UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Location: Istanbul Qualifications We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing organization and be based in Istanbul, with the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Minimum 2 years of experience in the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) market, At least 1 year of experience in sales, Fluent in English, Strong communication and customer orientation skills, Analytical thinking and planning capabilities, Willingness to travel within Turkey and abroad. Job Description Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region, Plan and organize customer visits based on current turnover and market potential, Be responsible for achieving individual sales and DSO targets, Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers, Organize customer trainings and technical support activities in coordination with the Customer Marketing Department when needed, Represent and promote the company’s image in front of customers, Develop and expand the customer portfolio, Organize specification and technical activities for railway and infrastructure segments, Provide feedback to the marketing department based on competitor analysis and customer needs, Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs, Prepare visit reports and ensure CRM system is updated accurately and regularly.
