After Sales Service Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented After-Sales Service Specialist to support HONOR’s after-sales service operations in Türkiye. The successful candidate will work closely with authorized service providers and internal teams to monitor service performance, coordinate operational processes, and contribute to an excellent customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Check and maintain accurate spare-parts stock levels, including available, damaged, and returned parts on regular basis offline and onsite if requested Forecast • prepare spare-parts demand based on previous usage and place orders to maintain sufficient stock s. Settlement • prepare monthly invoices and check invoices received from service partners IT issues • close all IT issues with spare parts management together with IT team Prepare financial adjustment documents (credit note) for distributors when required Goods shipment inbound checking • check incoming deliveries weekly to ensure the correct parts and quantities have been received ones per week Review requests for replacement parts and ensure replacements are issued only when necessary Communicate with service partners to resolve issues related to returns, deliveries and stock. Prepare regular reports and share relevant operational updates with internal teams PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE ERP and Data Entry: Possessing basic ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system operation skills and proficiency in using Excel for simple inventory reporting and variance analysis.; Inventory Management • cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO, inventory audits, variance analysis Logistics and shipping/receiving • document processing (BOL), packaging techniques, carrier coordination Inventory Control Techniques: Mastering Cycle Counting, full audits, and ABC Analysis (classifying inventory by value/frequency). Inventory Flow Rules: Strictly executing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) to prevent material expiration or backlog.
