Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our Quality Control Department at our Headquarters located in Istanbul / Çekmeköy. Responsibilities Lead Quality Control operations and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and regulatory standards Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and related documentation. Plan and conduct internal/external audits and manage corrective actions Drive continuous improvement and ensure implementation of quality standards. Oversee calibration, testing standards, and inspection plans Manage CAPA processes and quality investigations across all stages Deliver quality, GMP, and compliance trainings Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory Affairs) Provide leadership and development support to the Quality Control team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field Minimum 10 years of hands-on Quality Control experience, preferably within a multinational FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or personal care organization Strong knowledge of GMP and Quality Management Systems Preferably certified as an Internal Auditor for GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems Fluent in written and spoken English Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
