What will be your key deliverables? Plan and execute maintenance activities for process equipment in the production plant (Mixers, rotary molding machines, ovens, cooling tunnels, etc.). Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems. Conduct failure analyses and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) studies. Drive MTBF and MTTR improvement initiatives. Manage spare parts inventory and perform critical equipment analysis. Ensure proper tracking and documentation of maintenance records through SAP/Fiori systems. Contribute to energy efficiency and equipment/facility performance improvement projects. Managing external service providers and contractors. Collaborate closely with all plant functions (Production, Quality, Projects & Investments, etc.). Ensure all maintenance activities comply with occupational health & safety, food safety and sustainability standards. What do you need for this role? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Preferably 3–5 years of maintenance experience in FMCG/food, pharmaceutical, or machinery manufacturing industries. Knowledge of food production machinery, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyor systems, and equipment selection (gearboxes, bearings, etc.). Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools is an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and reporting skills. Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English. Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP experience is preferred. Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD etc. Energy Manager certification and knowledge of ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems (EnMS) are preferred.
