Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Minimum 3 years experience on CRM platforms (i.e CRM Dynamics, Salesforce), Minimum 3 years of CRM and campaign management experience, Having hands-on experience on corporate sales, Problem solving and strong coordination skills, Advanced communication skills, Result-oriented and proactive team player, Fluent in written and spoken English, Job Description Planning experience-based actions and campaigns for target audience and segments determined by CRM data, Responsible for cooperating with 3rd parties in CRM projects, Following up campaigns that CRM team established and taking actions according to the results of these campaigns, Responsible for campaign KPI's and taking actions to improve these KPI's, Managing campaign and guest communication channels, Establishing and testing campaigns on CRM Dynamics and implement these campaigns to the stores, Managing Website and Mobile application contents on CMS screens, Managing and reporting CRM communication channels like Push, Mobil Inbox and Email, Reporting and following the financial benefits of Campaign Management, Reporting and tracking of CRM project budgets.
