Senior Business Analyst (Swift & SEPA)

We are looking for a “ Senior Business Analyst ". Join us if you have a penchant to develop solutions with cutting-edge applications for a better world. The job is primarily hybrid. We expect the candidates to be in Istanbul. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related (Engineering, MIS, Math etc.) departments 5+ years of experience as an analyst in banking, with hands-on experience in the payments domain . Experience in participation banking and/or other banking domains is also acceptable. Solid knowledge of SEPA payment schemes (SCT, SCT Inst, SDD) is required Working knowledge of SWIFT messaging (MT/MX, ISO 20022) and TARGET2 settlement is strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technical requirements for Business and IT teams, as well as in implementing integration solutions Familiarity with payment message standards and formats (ISO 20022 pain/pacs/camt, MT messages) is a plus Hands-on experience in Postman or SoapUI Hands-on experience in SQL Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and SDLC tools such as Jira Understanding of RESTful API development with JSON Ability to handle multiple projects Hold self-responsible for team and individual tasks assigned Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with stakeholders Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present to senior leadership Experienced in Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) Verbal and written communication in English is necessary Certified in Design Thinking Practices, UX, and CX concepts (preferably) Certified as a Scrum Product Owner and/or a Scrum Master (preferably) For details: Visit: www.innovance.com.tr Follow us on LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/innovance-consultancy Follow us on Instagram: www.instagram.com/innovanceconsultancy Follow us on Medium: www.medium.com/innovance-company-blog Follow us on X: https://x.com/Innovance2017
