Import Spare Parts Specialist For the position of Doğuş Otomotiv Import Spare Parts Specialist; We are looking for a motivated and experienced Import Spare Parts Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a collaborative mindset.Ideally, you have: A Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in import operations, customs, or international logistics. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and ownership. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Key Responsibilities As part of our Spare Parts Logistics team, you will ensure the smooth and compliant import of spare parts while working closely with suppliers, customs partners, and internal stakeholders. You will: Coordinate international spare parts shipments and monitor delivery performance. Review import and customs documentation, ensuring accurate and timely customs clearance. Maintain customs-related master data and product classifications. Verify import costs, prepare operational reports, and monitor shipment status. Drive process improvements by supporting digitalization and automation initiatives. Ensure compliance with import regulations and build strong relationships with global business partners, including Volkswagen Group brands. Knowledge of Turkish customs legislation, TSE, and TAREKS processes. Experience with ERP systems. Interest in process optimization, automation, AI, robotics, and digital supply chain solutions.
