Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work on AI-focused projects for enterprise-scale organizations. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in business analysis, strong English communication skills, and hands-on experience working in Agile teams. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, developers, and project managers. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support the design and delivery of AI-based solutions. Analyse business processes, identify improvement areas, and define practical solutions. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions. Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support backlog management, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and reviews. Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations. Prepare business analysis documentation, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications. Requirements At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Previous experience working on AI, machine learning, data, automation, or digital transformation projects. Experience working with enterprise-level or large corporate organizations. Strong knowledge of business analysis methods, requirement management, and process analysis. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban. Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with AI products, data platforms, chatbots, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar platforms. Experience working in international, multi-disciplinary teams. Knowledge of software development lifecycles and product delivery processes.
