Software and Systems Engineer (Odoo, Automation, IT)

About FlavourTech FlavourTech is a private label and branded food and beverage manufacturer with plants in Izmir, Turkey and Tunis, Tunisia, and a trading office in Dubai. We make bouillon and seasonings, instant noodles, beverage powders, coffee creamers, and dessert and baking mixes, for our own brands (Solana, Boni, Mak-C, Tri-C, Budget, Kusina, Hilal, Aqualis, Bäse) and for major retailers' private labels. We ship to more than 90 countries. The role You will own the systems that run the group: our ERP, our automations and AI agents, our IT, and our reporting. You work directly with the CEO and with finance, sales and plant teams in Turkey, Dubai and Tunisia. Based in Izmir, Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir. Full time, reporting to the CEO. What you will do • Own Odoo across our companies: configuration, users, reports and new modules, working with our implementation partner on Turkish e-invoicing and e-ledger. • Build and maintain automations and AI agents (n8n, Python, APIs) connecting Odoo, Pipedrive, Google Workspace and shipping data. • Automate finance workflows: bill capture, bank matching and posting rules, with finance review. • Build one trusted monthly sales and operations report across all companies. • Fix and run our order and shipment tracker, including matching customer PO numbers to factory orders. • Administer Google Workspace, access, backups and devices, and manage our external IT helpdesk vendor. Required • At least 3 years of software development experience with Python. • Experience building integrations with REST APIs and SQL databases. • Fluent Turkish and good written English. Nice to have • Odoo or another ERP. • Automation tools (n8n, Make or Zapier) and LLM APIs. • Linux servers and Google Workspace administration. • Experience in a manufacturing or export business.
