Community Manager

Metavision Studio | Community Manager — Full-time, In-house (Istanbul) At Metavision Studio , we build player experience not only inside the game, but across every touchpoint of the community. As we continue to grow the communities around our games, we are looking for a Community Manager to help us strengthen player communication, feedback loops, and community engagement across our portfolio. Responsibilities Create and execute community strategies for our games Manage community communication across Discord, Steam, Reddit, and social media, including tone of voice, moderation, announcements, and content planning Collect and categorize player feedback, and translate it into actionable insights for Product, Development, and Art teams Plan patch notes, event announcements, developer updates, and campaign communications Manage moderators, including guidelines, training, shift schedules, and escalation processes Track community metrics such as engagement, growth, and sentiment, and provide regular reporting Handle crisis communication during issues such as bugs, service outages, or balance changes Coordinate with the team on influencer and creator collaborations, including briefs, content tracking, and communication Required Qualifications Demonstrable experience in game community management, either professional or strong volunteer/side project work Excellent written communication skills; able to empathize with players while maintaining clear boundaries Ability to manage community moderation, content calendars, and announcement workflows A systematic approach to turning feedback into product development input Team-oriented mindset with strong reporting and follow-up discipline Nice to Have Experience with live games and active player communities Live ops or event management experience, such as seasons, battle passes, events, or campaigns Familiarity with basic visual/video tools such as Canva, Premiere, or similar Experience managing English-speaking communities Application Notes This is a full-time, in-house position based in our Istanbul office .
