Medical Sales Consultant Our company, operating in the field of international healthcare tourism, is looking for team members to join our I stanbul Yenibosna head office as “ Medical Sales Consultants .” Additionally, candidates who are proficient in Russian, Romanian, Bulgarian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Polish will be evaluated separately for positions requiring these languages. Qualifications: Preferably a graduate of International Relations, Marketing, Public Relations, Translation & Interpreting, or related fields, Advanced level of English proficiency, Minimum 1 year of experience in active sales and patient consulting, Preferably experienced in the healthcare tourism sector , Ability to work with a sales and target-oriented mindset, with strong persuasion skills, Strong communication, representation, and relationship management skills, Analytical thinker with the ability to take quick action and work results-oriented, Proactive and solution-oriented approach in crisis and process management, Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills. Job Description: Communicate with potential international patients via phone, email, and messaging channels, Analyze patients’ needs and provide accurate information about suitable healthcare services, Maintain regular follow-up communication with patient candidates and build trust-based, long-term relationships, Successfully manage medical consultation processes and convert them into sales opportunities, Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets, Use the online CRM system effectively and maintain accurate records, Manage international patient processes end-to-end to ensure high patient satisfaction.
