Operating across North America and Europe, the firm specializes in quantitative and discretionary trading, market making, and risk management across multiple asset classes. Responsibilities Work alongside experienced traders to support daily trading activities. Learn and apply proprietary trading strategies and risk management methodologies. Monitor positions and manage real-time trading risk. Build, maintain, and improve trading models and analytical tools. Analyze market opportunities and contribute ideas for new trading strategies. Coordinate with the trading desk, internal teams, and OTC counterparties to support daily trading operations. Take ownership of additional projects based on your interests and strengths. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a trading, market making, or related financial markets role. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline. Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA. Experience with SQL, Python, and statistical modeling; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Nice to Have Experience with quantitative analysis or systematic trading. Knowledge of financial derivatives or commodity markets. Interest in algorithmic trading and market microstructure. Familiarity with data analysis and automation tools.
