Product Specialist

Kindhelm is a Finnish high-tech company specializing in high accuracy positioning, velocity, and direction determining solutions for system integrators and OEMs. Our IPESSA product range includes rugged positioning devices designed for mobile working machines, boats and drones. Our new LOCANOS product range provides cost-effective solutions for consumers. Leveraging state-of-the-art inertial sensors and global navigation satellite systems, our products ensure centimeter-level accuracy even in challenging conditions. Our offices are located in Espoo, Finland and on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, at Teknopark Istanbul. We are looking for a full-time Product Specialist who will be responsible for finding new leads, supporting sales efforts, providing customer service, and analyzing product performance. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients to address their commercial and technical needs, communicating customer requirements to R&D, and conducting market research and analysis. Responsibilities Finding and meeting new leads in Türkiye and in the EMEA region Attending trade shows Give technical support and training to customers Participate in new product concept development Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Ability to work both independently and as a part of an international team Comfortable delivering live demos and technical trainings to audiences ranging from field technicians to managers Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Fluent oral and written English Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field Resides on the Anatolian side of Istanbul Driver's license Beneficial Experience in sales and technical support Understanding of GNSS/RTK positioning, inertial sensors (IMU/INS), and sensor-fusion concepts Other language skills
