Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Spanish Medical Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries from Spanish-speaking patients, driving sales, and guiding international patients throughout their treatment journey. Required Language Native or professional fluency in Spanish Good command of English is considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads and patient inquiries from Spanish-speaking markets via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Provide detailed information about the clinic's aesthetic and medical treatments. Build strong relationships with prospective patients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable treatment options. Follow up with potential patients and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with internal departments, including medical consultants, operations, and patient coordinators, to ensure a smooth patient experience. Maintain accurate records of communications and sales activities using CRM systems. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the international sales team. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire patient journey, from the first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. Requirements Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (experience in medical tourism is a strong advantage). Native or professional-level proficiency in Spanish . Good English communication skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
