We are looking for an IT Digital-Intelligent Product Engineer to join our team and be based at our Bursa facility in Türkiye . We are establishing a new manufacturing plant and are seeking a Digital-Intelligent Product Engineer to drive the early-stage rollout of core business systems. This role will initially focus on logistics, customs/trade compliance, ERP, and HR systems, leveraging resources and solutions from the China HQ and European teams. Job Responsibilities Lead the rollout of core systems including logistics, customs/trade compliance, ERP, and HR at the new plant, covering requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live. Act as the local interface to leverage HQ resources, including existing solutions, standard templates, and preferred vendors, while localizing requirements for the plant. Map and optimize logistics, customs, ERP, and HR business processes, and deliver feasible digital solutions that align systems with operations. Manage local system integrator/vendor resources to control project schedule, quality, cost, and risk. Define system interfaces and data integration plans to ensure data flow across ERP, HR, logistics, and customs systems. Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer, build local support capabilities and SOPs, and resolve user issues timely. Ensure local system deployment adheres to China HQ information security, data compliance, and local regulatory requirements. Participate in the subsequent rollout of smart manufacturing systems such as WM and QMS based on the plant digital roadmap. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. 7–10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing industry informatization/digitalization projects, with at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of ERP, HR, logistics, or customs systems. Familiar with mainstream ERP systems (SAP), WMS/TMS, and customs/trade compliance systems and processes. Proven experience in cross-cultural, cross-region collaboration; professional working proficiency in English and Turkish is required; Chinese skills are a plus. Project management and vendor management experience preferred; PMP/Prince2 or Lean/Smart Manufacturing certifications are a plus. Strong communication, resilience, and self-driven execution skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking plant startup environment.
