If you join our team as “Senior Data Analyst” , you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques, develop impactful reporting solutions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that create measurable business value. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization while continuously developing your technical and analytical capabilities. If you think you have the following qualifications; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Master's degree is a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related analytical roles Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and performance monitoring reports Knowledge of Python, SAS, or similar analytical programming languages is a plus Understanding of data warehousing concepts and large-scale data environments Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver business solutions Deep understanding of operational procedures, package-query structures, and underlying data flows, with proven experience in designing datamarts, translating business processes into analytical solutions, and optimizing end-to-end reporting architectures Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience in identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers through data analysis Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Banking, financial services, or customer analytics experience is a plus If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities; Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights Develop, maintain, and enhance management dashboards, reports, and analytical models Transform data into actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making Collaborate with business units, operations, technology, and other stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver data-driven solutions Monitor key performance indicators and provide proactive insights into business performance Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to support business priorities and emerging needs Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting and analytics processes Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management through clear and compelling storytelling Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities through data analysis Contribute to the development of advanced analytics capabilities and best practices within the organization Participate in strategic transformation initiatives by providing data-driven insights and performance measurement frameworks Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and fact-based decision-making You may very well be the one we are looking for. “Jump on” and don’t miss this opportunity!
