Marketing Specialist

Role Description As a Marketing Specialist at FORECR, you will play an active role in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our global brand presence in the AI and embedded computing industry. You’ll support campaign planning, content development, digital marketing, and event coordination in the Marketing team. Main Responsibilities • Support marketing manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, product, and event marketing initiatives. • Support content creation for various channels (website, social media, datasheets, press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and presentations). • Manage and track social media activities, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing strategy. • Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and product launch events . • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (website traffic, engagement rates, ads etc.). • Work closely with marketing team to develop marketing plans, including strategy, goals, and content tactics. • Conduct competitive marketing analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Merchant Center etc.). • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. • Familiarity with content management systems and social media scheduling tools. • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn. Nice to Have • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator). • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Semrush • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools like HubSpot or similar.
