Java Developer

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Technology and Information Systems. • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in Java back- end development (preferably Java 17 or 21). • This position requires full-time, on-site work at the office. • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English. • Basic knowledge of how Java works: memory layout (stack/heap), object references, GC basics. • Knowledge of standard Java collections. • Good understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, non- blocking I/O, and their execution models. • Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming. • Ability to write high-performance, maintainable and reusable code. • Experience in Project Reactor, or at least with similar technologies like RxJava or VertX would be a great plus.
