Mechanical Systems Project Engineer (Facilities)

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably 10+ years of experience in industrial facilities, factory construction projects, or mechanical project engineering. Knowledge of HVAC, Clean Room, process utility systems, and mechanical infrastructure. Experience in preparing technical specifications, design reviews, and engineering validation. Experience in EPC projects, industrial plant construction, or commissioning activities is preferred. Knowledge of EN/ISO standards and Quality & Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management Systems. Good command of English. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills. No travel restrictions. Job Description Manage the design, technical validation, construction, and commissioning processes of mechanical systems for Lithium-ion Cell and Battery PACK manufacturing facilities. Define technical requirements and evaluate projects related to HVAC, Clean Rooms, Dry Rooms, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Vacuum, Process Cooling Water, Fire Protection, and other mechanical utility systems. Prepare mechanical technical specifications, engineering standards, and acceptance criteria. Review and evaluate engineering designs prepared by consultants and contractors with respect to capacity, energy efficiency, safety, and quality. Provide technical support during tendering processes, evaluate contractors' technical capabilities, and contribute to contract negotiations. Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical requirements, and lead testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities. Ensure compliance of mechanical systems with applicable regulations, codes, and international standards. Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities, manage technical risks, and provide regular project progress reports to management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Management Systems.
