This is not a role focused only on coordinating agencies or executing assigned tasks. We are looking for someone who can develop strategy, identify new growth opportunities, execute quickly, analyze performance, solve problems, and take ownership of results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing FTD's global digital growth strategy, managing performance marketing channels, improving our digital infrastructure and website performance, and building an effective global marketing structure , combining strong in-house capabilities with selected external partners and agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop and own FTD's global digital growth and customer acquisition strategy Identify priority markets, customer segments, acquisition channels, and new growth opportunities Manage and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads , and other relevant platforms Continuously research and test new acquisition channels, platforms, technologies, and marketing opportunities Manage website development, landing pages, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Take ownership of marketing analytics and tracking infrastructure, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and server-side tracking Monitor and optimize the full marketing funnel: Lead → KYC → First Deposit → Active Client Work closely with CRM and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates Develop and coordinate FTD's global social media and content marketing strategy Manage web developers, designers, content teams, agencies, and other third-party marketing partners Set clear KPIs for external partners and evaluate their performance based on measurable results and ROI Build and develop an effective in-house marketing capability while managing specialized external partners where required Quickly identify problems or bottlenecks and develop compliant alternative solutions when campaigns, platforms, or acquisition channels face restrictions Establish clear marketing KPIs and provide weekly and monthly performance reporting to management Continuously test and optimize campaigns, creatives, landing pages, audiences, funnels, and acquisition approaches Turn data and market insights into actionable growth initiatives What We're Looking For Ideally 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads ; Microsoft Ads experience is an advantage Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and server-side tracking Experience managing websites, landing pages, and CRO initiatives Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPL, CPA/CAC, conversion rates, ROI, and ROAS Experience managing agencies, developers, designers, and other external partners Ability to build, coordinate, and manage an effective marketing team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to move quickly from strategy to execution Professional working proficiency in English Experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, trading, or other regulated digital industries is highly preferred Experience working across international markets is highly preferred Knowledge of Baidu, 360 Search, or the Chinese digital ecosystem would be an additional advantage The Profile We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, technically capable, data-driven, and execution-focused . You should be comfortable identifying opportunities independently, developing a clear strategy, presenting recommendations to management, and then taking ownership of implementation. When a marketing channel does not perform or a platform presents a challenge, we expect you to analyze the problem, develop alternative approaches, and move quickly toward the next solution rather than simply waiting for external partners. We value people who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, measuring, optimizing, and continuously finding new ways to grow. Why FTD?
