Key Attributes: Fluent in English AND Turkish essential for managing multiple contractors and stakeholders across diverse sites Strong diplomatic and communication skills, capable of managing sensitive issues and aligning multiple parties Proven track record supervising high-risk site activities in operational environments Confident in leading field-based safety coaching and workforce engagement Sound theoretical knowledge of HSE legislation and international best practices Able to work autonomously and proactively, following both client and company procedures Minimum Requirements: Study the safety documentation provided by the Client (e.g., Safety and Coordination Plan or similar) and the legal requirements applicable in the country where the site is located. Study and keep updated all site-specific safety documentation as per the Company HSE System in cooperation with the Company HSE Team. Integrate, when necessary, the procedures included in the Company Health and Safety Management System with the requirements established by applicable safety regulations according to local or client law. Prepare and keep the emergency and evacuation plan updated based on actual site conditions. This document is the property of Company .Any partial or complete reproduction of this document must be authorized by the company. Cooperate in the purchase and ensure availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for site personnel and visitors throughout the entire site duration. Organize safety training and orientation sessions related to specific and updated site risks, safety measures, and procedures to be adopted by personnel assigned to the site. Ensure that only personnel with fully compliant and approved safety documentation (in agreement with HSE Teams, SM, and the Management System) are allowed to be present on site. Ensure that only vehicles and equipment with complete and approved safety documentation (in agreement with HSE Teams, SM, and the Management System) are authorized to access and operate within the site. Assist the Site Manager in verifying documentation and obtaining authorizations for subcontractor and Company employee access. Organize periodic safety coordination meetings (properly recorded in MOMs) involving Company personnel, subcontractor representatives, and, if necessary, the Client Site Coordinator, to define site procedures in advance. Organize emergency mock drills in accordance with the site configuration and the contents of the emergency plan. Perform job site safety compliance inspections, including safe work procedures, written reports, and recommendations. Temporarily stop activities if safety conditions are deemed inadequate. Organize and record Toolbox Talks and pre-start meetings to address critical issues, restore safety conditions, and resume activities. Immediately report to the HSE Team Leader and Site Manager and record any nonconformity related to personnel misbehavior and/or unsafe conditions in working areas and assist in resolving such nonconformities. Implement the Permit to Work and Lockout/Tagout systems on site. Organize any additional safety training courses required on site. Manage incident reporting processes, including investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Where necessary, assist the Site Manager in reporting to official bodies. Maintain records and filing (both hardcopy and softcopy) of HSE documents and keep the Company HSE Department informed regarding the documents prepared. Maintain contact and cooperation with the Client's safety representatives and subcontractor companies regarding safety issues. Assist in coordinating activities of Company personnel and subcontractors, and in defining segregation limits. Apply the Company HSE Management System on site.
