Digital Product Executive

As Şans Girişim Joint Venture, we are looking for a Digital Product Executive who will manage the end-to-end product development process by working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams. As the Digital Product Executive, you will Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for iOS, Android, and Web products Manage the end-to-end product development process by working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Write clear, technically well-defined user stories that meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) Make product decisions by considering technical constraints, dependencies, and architectural impacts Maintain continuous communication with engineering teams to manage scope and timelines throughout the development lifecycle Monitor the performance, stability, and user behavior of released features Drive product improvements through A/B tests, experiments, and data-driven metrics. What you bring (Experience & Qualifications) Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university, At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Analyst in digital products, Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies, Strong skills in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management, Technical-level understanding of mobile (iOS / Android) and web product development processes, Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic software architecture, A data-driven approach to product development and decision-making, Active experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, Good command of both written and spoken English, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Advanced level of MS Office programs, No military obligation for male candidates. , Başvurunuz kapsamında kişisel verileriniz Şans Girişim Ortak Girişimi Ticari İşletmesi tarafından işlenecektir.
