Özok Law Office is expanding its Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul and is looking for two lawyers: • Senior Associate – 6+ years of experience • Mid-Level Associate – 3–5 years of experience This is an opportunity to work closely with partners and clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions — and to play a meaningful role at every stage of a deal. You will advise Turkish and international clients on bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition finance, project finance, structured finance, and capital markets matters. The Role • Drafting and negotiating finance and transaction documents • Managing transaction processes and closings • Working directly with clients, financial institutions, and international counsel • Leading key workstreams on each matter The Senior Associate will also lead transactions, act as a key client contact, and supervise junior team members.
