# Club Receptionist - Soho House Istanbul

We are looking for Club Receptionist with the qualifications below: A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members and by guests Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time Being approachable and reliable Ability to be flexible as the job changes Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary Spoken and written fluency in English and in Turkish Job Description Responsibility for the care of club private members throughout their visit To use own initiative and to personally take any action appropriate to deliver a first class service Responsibility for private member’s check-in control, concierge duties and check-out To meet, greet and bid farewell to all private members – with a smile and making eye contact To escort private member guests to related place whenever possible Fully understand and operate the telephone systems Fully understand and operate the club private membership system Accountable for the Club Reception cash handling issues To have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area in order to assist guests with their queries
