OBSS is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with Development and SRE teams to review incidents and implement improvements that enhance system reliability. Design and maintain a comprehensive 360-degree view of the company’s infrastructure and product operations for internal visibility. Define and promote best-in-class monitoring frameworks to ensure seamless end-to-end flow monitoring and reduce false alerts. Develop, test, and deploy automation tools to eliminate manual operational tasks and improve overall efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are efficient, reliable, and secure. Contribute to the design and maintenance of large-scale distributed systems, ensuring scalability and performance. Qualifications / Technical Skills Min. 3-5 years experience Degree in Computer Science or a related subject Help ensure Development and SRE teams are reviewing incidents and providing follow-up that increases reliability Ability to approach AI with curiosity and intention, actively incorporating AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance productivity and drive innovation. Design and develop 360 view of company infrastructure and product operation to be used within the organization Define and drive adoption of a best-in-class monitoring frameworks to accomplish end-to-end flow monitoring and noiseless alerting Design, develop, test, and deliver software to automate manual operational work Understanding of large-scale distributed systems Strong knowledge in at least one technology stack (Docker, AWS, Azure, Jenkins) Understanding of DevOps and Scrum way of working Experience with containers and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes, GIT, Terraform, BitBucket Additional Informations : Professional Growth & Learning As a tech company, we focus on reskilling and upskilling to support career growth.
