Role Overview Position title: Operations Associate Position location: Maslak, Istanbul, TR We are seeking a detail-oriented and ownership-driven Operations Associate to manage and scale our end-to-end logistics operations across 10+ countries. The role covers the full operational journey, including supply chain, warehousing, cross-dock operations, carrier management, exports, last-mile delivery, returns, and operational data. You will work closely with logistics partners, internal teams, and the founders to solve day-to-day operational challenges, improve processes, build scalable workflows, and use data and automation to increase efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and hands-on, with a strong interest in e-commerce operations, logistics, and building the operational infrastructure required to support rapid international growth. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end logistics operations across 10+ countries, managing the full operational flow from supply chain and warehousing to cross-dock operations, carrier management, export activities, and last-mile delivery. Ensure a seamless, reliable, and cost-efficient customer experience across every market we serve. Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes , creating scalable SOPs and cross-functional workflows that reduce manual effort, increase operational efficiency, and support rapid international growth. Leverage Claude to build smarter operations, automating repetitive workflows, developing operational tools, and building insightful dashboards that provide real-time visibility into fulfillment, inventory, returns, lead times, and other critical metrics. Own the integrity of operational data across internal systems and external platforms, creating a single source of truth that drives better decision-making. Build and manage relationships with a global network of logistics partners, working directly with leading providers such as DHL, Evri, DPD, UPS, and regional carriers across EMEA. Identify new partners, negotiate operational improvements, resolve complex issues, and have the opportunity to visit warehouses and logistics hubs on the ground to optimize processes firsthand. Work directly with the founders to scale the business internationally. Partner closely with the co-founders, Expansion, and Technology teams on new market launches, strategic operational initiatives, and product improvements. You’ll have significant exposure to senior leadership, helping shape how the company scales while translating day-to-day operational insights into systems, automation, and processes that enable growth. What you will bring to HiCCUP A recent graduate (0–2 years of experience) from a top-tier university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with experience or a strong interest in e-commerce operations, logistics, and supply chain. Ability to work from our Maslak, Istanbul, office and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A process-obsessed mindset and a hands-on, ownership-driven attitude, with a passion for optimizing operational processes and always asking how something can be done better, faster, and with fewer errors. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and comfort working with data to diagnose operational issues and track performance. Clear and confident communicator in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners.
