Field Sales Representative – Coffee Industry Istanbul, Türkiye | Full-time | On-site About Gini Talent Gini Talent is an international recruitment and staffing company connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations across technology, engineering, finance, sales, and business operations. On behalf of our client, an international coffee company, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative to strengthen the company's commercial presence and customer network in Türkiye. About the Role We are looking for a field-oriented sales professional with experience in the coffee industry, coffee-related businesses, or HoReCa ecosystem . The ideal candidate understands the coffee market and already has relationships with relevant businesses and decision-makers, such as coffee shops, roasteries, distributors, restaurants, hotels, purchasing managers, and other HoReCa customers . Direct green coffee sales experience is highly valuable but not mandatory . Candidates coming from coffee roasters, coffee distributors, coffee equipment companies, or suppliers serving the coffee and HoReCa industries are also highly relevant. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new B2B customers across Istanbul and Türkiye. Develop relationships with coffee shops, roasteries, distributors, restaurants, hotels, and other HoReCa businesses. Conduct regular field visits and actively develop new commercial opportunities. Present coffee products and solutions to prospective customers. Organize and participate in coffee tastings, product demonstrations, and industry events. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Monitor market developments and identify potential customers and business opportunities. Contribute to sales growth and expansion of the company's customer portfolio in Türkiye. Requirements Previous experience in B2B field sales, business development, key account management, or HoReCa sales . Professional experience within the coffee industry or a coffee-adjacent sector is strongly preferred. Experience may come from coffee roasters, coffee distributors, coffee machine/equipment companies, coffee-related product suppliers, or companies serving cafés, restaurants, and hotels . Existing relationships or a professional network within the coffee and/or HoReCa market is a strong advantage. Basic understanding of coffee products, the coffee market, or the coffee supply chain; green coffee knowledge is a strong plus . Proven ability to acquire new customers and develop long-term B2B relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, field-oriented, and results-driven approach. Willingness to travel frequently within Istanbul and across Türkiye. Valid driver's license is preferred. Good command of English for internal communication.
