Who We Are Maa-Althahab is a Subsidiary brand of MAISON DE MAA Group, a leading and most famous fragrance brand in the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients. Primary Function The Creative Director leads the company's creative vision and ensures all creative work aligns with the brand identity and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's creative strategy and visual direction. Develop and approve creative concepts, campaigns, and brand assets. Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline channels. Manage and develop the creative team. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Digital teams. Oversee packaging, POS materials, social media content, and advertising creatives. Manage external agencies, photographers, and production suppliers. Monitor creative quality, budgets, and project timelines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of branding, advertising, digital media, and Adobe Creative Suite.
