General Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or related fields), Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Basic knowledge of Market Quality Processes, Good command of English, both written and spoken, Strong communication and teamwork skills, Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions effectively, Valid Class B driving license, Active motorcycle riding experience or interest in motorcycles is considered an asset. Job Description Monitor product quality performance through warranty claims, quality improvement correspondence, and service data. Analyze warranty claims and track warranty cost trends to identify improvement areas. Support warranty reserve forecasting and budgeting activities. Lead field quality investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA). Initiate and manage containment actions for critical market issues. Provide field quality feedback to Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams. Escalate critical quality concerns to management in a timely manner. Support new model launches by monitoring early market quality performance. Prepare and share weekly/monthly market quality reports. Follow up on preventive and corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
