(Python, Java etc.) Job Description: Providing support to the solutions used in the Bank’s Information Technologies, Voice & Video Call Center Infrastructures, Taking an active role in project planning, design and installation works, Following the developments in sound infrastructure technologies closely and using them in project development accordence with the needs, Taking part in problem solving, performance and capacity management activities with manufacturers, Monitor SLA and Customer lifecycle achievements.
